First of all,
carefully separate the different colors No. and size of the tile, and make
sure to have the same color No. and size applied.
Before pavement, all
the tiles should be put into the water and have a good soak. Then take
them out to dry the residual water in the air.
Apply the cement
mortar to the foundation laid for pavement and make it flat. Wait for
being dry in one to two hours.
Check the surface of
the wall and be sure it is flat enough to meet the standard required,
since sometimes, the cement mortar would appear some change after drying
for one to two hours.
As per the designed
demand, pave the wall with the well-mixed cement mortar and make sure the
mortar is put on the back of the tile evenly and smoothly and without any
missing.
Meanwhile, better to
apply 1.5mm cross plastic pieces to the seam at the four corners of the
tile to fix the position so that a flat and tidy wall is obtained after
pavement. Because the weight of the tile is heavy and it would probably
drop down when the cement has not turned dried, which will affect the
result. Therefore a good effect can only be gained by means of the cross
plastic pieces to fix the position.
After finishing the
pavement work on the wall, promptly put the white cement and the color
material together and mix them well. Then evenly fill the mixture in the
seam between the tiles.
Clean up the finished
surface of the wall by use of the non-corrosive material. |
