This service is free for customers who already ordered with us.
For other potential foreign customers, upon request we could arrange Invitations:
- China government official invitation
- Will be issued by China Foreign Affair Office according to customer’s passport copy, but the administration and invitation letter fees charged by China government will be for customer account as USD 100 per person. If customer needs the Original Invitation letter sending by DHL, a courier charge of USD50 will be extra requested. We will only make the application to the Government upon receipt of customers prior full payment.
- Chinese company official invitation
- For requirement of Invitation letter issued by our company, a handling fee of USD 50 per person will be requested as deposit, this will be returned during customer's visit in our company.
Note: For Hotel reservation requirement, a deposit payment will be requested by the hotel. Customer could do the hotel reservation by himself through the web or a local travelling agency service.
