Packing and labeling

Most of the stock models are available in neutral packing white boxes with printing tile name + ref. number + packing info. + color number.

We will inform customer if sometimes the stock models is in Chinese packing, if need carton changed, an extra charge will be requested for the carton cost and labour fee.

Information for containers loading

1. Max. loading in one 20' FCL is 27.5 MT without wooden pallet
2. Max. loading in one 20' FCL is 27 MT with wooden pallets
3. In some ports 25 tons is the maximum weight allowed, please check destination port if any restriction.
4. * For floor tiles the quantity per container is from 1015 to 2000 sqm per container, depending the model
5. * For wall tiles the quantity per container is from 1200 to 3600 sqm per container, depending the model

As we have many models of tiles the packing information would be too heavy to insert on the Web we'll provide it with the price list.

The information includes:

1. sizes of the tiles
2. thickness of the tiles
3. number of pieces per carton
4. weight per carton
5. surface in sqm per carton
6. number of cartons loaded per container with pallets
7. number of cartons loaded per container without pallets
8. total surface in sqm per container with pallets
9. total surface in sqm per container without pallets

How many models we load per container?

The usual rule is no more of one model per container.

For trial orders, we specially willing to supply up to 4 models from one collection in one container, but it has to be confirmed according to the stock availability.

For a new production minimum order quantity is 2~3FCL per model or customers could place order based on our stock list and production schedule.

Additional customers services for containers loaded without pallets

As tiles are heavy, the containers are 50% empty many customers asked us to load for them light items to reduce the shipping cost impact and increase the profit margins. That's why we export upon request products such as:

1. - Cement glue and tiles joints mortar
2. - acrylic shower trays and bathtubs
3. - PVC pipes and PVC fittings for plumbing applications
4. - general lighting service lamps and fluorescent lamps
5. - hardware
6. - furniture....
